Dreaming of Kyoto

Friday night. The rain just started and is supposed to last all weekend. I am making origami paper cranes and eating udon...dreaming of night walks around Kyoto with temples around every corner lit by hundreds if candles.

Paris Vogue goes to North Africa

The pictures are stunning.

I am glad I brought home a few pieces of original Toureg (Men in Blue) scarves. The natural indigo and colors are stunning. The pieces I have are enormous, it is a very intricate process to wrap correctly and is extremely heavy.

Good to see head covers are still the rage.

The rest of the shoot looks as though it is in Morocco, but I didn't see in the credits.
